Dissolved Gas Analyzers

ESM series products are suitable for on-line monitoring of dissolved gas in oil of power equipment. They are suitable for oil-immersed transformer, reactor, capacitor, transformer and oil-immersed bushing of various voltage grades from 110KV to 750KV. They can be easily connected with substation integrated automation system, DCS and SIS systems of power plants to realize information sharing.

Application occasion

ESM2000 transformer oil dissolved gas on-line monitoring device (single component principle) measures H2, CO, C2H4, C2H2 mixed gas concentration and micro-water content mainly with H2 content. It is suitable for on-line chromatographic analysis of all components of gases, which only detects the content and trend of gases in oil.

ESM3000 transformer oil chromatographic on-line monitoring system (multi-component principle) is based on gas chromatography technology for on-line monitoring of dissolved gases in transformer oil products. The system can detect on-line the content of dissolved H2, CO, CO2, CH4, C2H2, C2H4, C2H6 and other gas and micro-water in transformer oil according to the set period.

Technical characteristics

ESM3000 applies the original vacuum-headspace degassing technology. The degassing process does not need air supplement and does not pollute oil samples. It has high sensitivity for detecting low gas concentration, short degassing period, fast detection speed, and a set of detection data can be obtained in one hour.

The field detection device is designed with the concept of "ALL IN ONE". All data analysis and fault diagnosis functions can be completed in the field cabinet. The gas concentration in oil can be calculated directly and released through WEB. Users can view all data through browser on any networked computer and configure it remotely.

Fault diagnosis is carried out by expert system, and various alarm modes such as text, voice, graphics, short message and mail are provided.

The system has communication interface, supports wired and wireless communication media, supports serial port, network and other communication modes.
